Undelivered items: In the rare and unlikely event that your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer or missed deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Delivery Address: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Armed Forces Territories. If you have selected this and your parcel is returned to sender, you will not be refunded your original postage fees.
